Job Responsibility:
Perform all daily Shipper & Receiver duties, including loading and unloading trucks and verifying documentation
Inspect incoming shipments of electronics and medical/scientific equipment for damage or discrepancies
Conduct visual inspections of PCBs to identify defects, soldering issues, or physical damage
Perform basic functional or continuity checks on electronic components as part of the receiving process
Prepare, pack, and label outgoing orders accurately to ensure safe transit and timely delivery
Maintain organized inventory records and update the internal database regularly
Coordinate with couriers and freight forwarders to manage shipping schedules and costs
Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards
Collaborate with the production and quality teams to report any technical non-conformities in received goods
Requirements:
Proficiency in warehouse management software and basic data entry
Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, packing slips, and technical specifications
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail for handling sensitive electronic components
Excellent communication skills to collaborate within a small, versatile team environment
Problem-solving mindset to resolve shipping delays or inventory discrepancies
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout a 9 am - 5 pm shift
