Job Responsibility:
Lead and coordinate the work of store employees
Ensure quality preparation of food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
Handle cash transactions and maintain store security
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and efficient store environment
Coach and train employees to enhance performance and customer service
Implement store policies and operational standards
Foster a positive team environment and build strong customer relationships
Requirements:
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
Six months of relevant customer service experience
Six months of experience in delegating or coordinating tasks
Prepare and coach food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
Six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating employees
