We’re looking for a SHEQ Analyst to join our client's growing SHEQ function to play a pivotal role in supporting health, safety, environmental and quality excellence across a diverse portfolio of renewable energy and flexible generation projects. Reporting directly to the SHEQ Director, this position will provide analytical and operational support to ensure our client continues to deliver projects safely, sustainably, and to the highest quality standards. As part of the team, you’ll measure and report on performance across projects and operations, identify areas for improvement, and support initiatives that enhance safety culture, environmental stewardship, and overall operational excellence. Job Responsibility:
Measure, analyse and report on HSEQ performance across projects and operational activities
Identify trends and key areas for improvement through data analysis and root cause investigation
Support HSEQ improvement initiatives, ensuring simplicity and consistency across the Group
Contribute to HSEQ communications, culture development and internal engagement programmes
Assist in developing and delivering health and wellbeing initiatives and campaigns
Monitor contractor safety and environmental performance, supporting collaboration through forums and workshops
Participate in audits, incident investigations and reviews, ensuring effective follow-up actions
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Group’s Business Management System (BMS) and QMS
Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards through data-driven reporting and performance tracking
Requirements:
NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) required
NEBOSH Construction or Environmental certificates advantageous
Experience within infrastructure, power, utilities, or renewable energy sectors highly desirable
Excellent data analysis, IT and reporting skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Confident communicator with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Willingness to travel to project and operational sites across the UK
