Job Description:

This position is responsible for a multitude of physical tasks to change over the facility from event to event, helping to clean the building from event to event, and to keep up with the outside grounds maintenance as required. May be subject to adverse weather conditions in this position.

Job Responsibility:

  • Set up, align, and strike portable chairs, tables, pipe & drape, staging, and bleachers
  • Help maintain the outside grounds including lawn care and snow removal as needed
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the building as needed
  • Use various mechanical equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, buffers, carpet cleaners, etc. as needed
  • Empty trash receptacles
  • Perform tasks as required by your supervisor or manager

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age and demonstrate the ability to read, write, hear, and speak English
  • Must pass a background check
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
