Job Description:

The ServiceNow Sales Architect serves as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them design and adopt ServiceNow solutions that deliver measurable business value. Combining deep ServiceNow platform expertise with strong client engagement and solution-selling skills, you will support the full sales cycle by shaping offerings, leading discovery sessions, and ensuring proposed solutions align with client needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with sales teams to design and present ServiceNow platform solutions (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, SecOps)
  • Translate client business requirements into ServiceNow architectures, workflows, and implementation strategies
  • Lead discovery workshops and contribute to RFP/RFI responses
  • Deliver platform demonstrations and use-case presentations to executive-level stakeholders
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and practice leaders to build competitive proposals
  • Stay up to date on ServiceNow product releases, industry solutions, and workflow automation trends

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in ServiceNow consulting, pre-sales, or solution architecture
  • Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HR, ITOM, SecOps)
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, ITIL practices, and digital transformation
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with proven C-level engagement experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Willingness to travel up to
  • Advanced to Fluent English

Nice to have:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one workflow
  • Familiarity with AI-driven workflows, low-code/no-code app development, and integrations
  • Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow transformation projects
