Arthur Lawrence is looking for a ServiceNow FSO Developer one of our clients in New York City, NY.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically FSO (Financial Services Operations) and CSM (Customer Service Management) modules
  • Proven experience in designing, architecting, and implementing FSO solutions covering areas such as Financial Data Model, Dispute Management, Customer Lifecycle Management, Treasury, Payment, Card, Loan operations, and Claims processing
  • Hands-on experience in FSO customization, including creating workflows, business rules, UI Pages, and UI Actions

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with integration of FSO with other ServiceNow modules or third-party systems
  • Experience in Financial Services or Insurance domain-specific processes
