5-7 years of experience in application development on ServiceNow platform
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent related professional experience
Demonstrated expertise in SNOW modules: ITSM, SPM, CSM
Knowledge of CMDB Implementation
Expertise in Integration Hub, UI Builder, Service Portal
Expertise in web development including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Server Side Scripts (Business Rules, Script Include, UI Actions), Client Scripts, Workflows, Flows, Data Sources & Transform Maps, Database Views
Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Job Responsibility

Understand the business and how end-users use the product
Collaborate with stakeholders including product managers and end-users
Perform requirement analysis and break down business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance through understanding of system architecture
Implement software functionality using programming languages and algorithms
Create documentation, diagrams, and videos detailing system operations
Test individual components through unit testing and integrate components through integration testing
Identify and fix bugs, ensure smooth deployments and monitor post-deployment performance
Resolve bugs and improve features based on user feedback
Coordinate with teams and stakeholders through meetings and documentation
