Job Description:

Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven record of accomplishment in working on ServiceNow Platform and Development. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, upgrading instances, implementing CSM and ITSM modules, and integrating using REST/SOAP. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow certifications and Agile team experience.

Job Responsibility:

Working on ServiceNow Platform
ServiceNow Development
Implementation of modules related to CSM and ITSM
Instance upgrades and patches
Integration using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub
Interaction with clients and stakeholders to manage new requirements

Requirements:

Self-motivated with a proven record of working on ServiceNow Platform
Experience in ServiceNow Development from medium to complex needs
Ability to understand customer requirements and work on requests
Experience implementing modules related to CSM and ITSM
Working experience on Instance Upgrades and Patches for multiple customers
Experience in scripting language: JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
Working experience in Integration using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub
Very good experience working with relational databases
Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
Excellent communication skills
Ability to interact with clients and stakeholders to manage new requirements
Working understanding of Agile Team
Preferred working experience on MSP-based instance
ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow - Certified Application Developer
B.Tech or Technology Background related to IT

Nice to have:

ITIL V3 Foundation or ITIL 4 Foundation
ServiceNow - Certified Implementation Specialist
Micro-Certification: Automated Test Framework
Micro-Certification: Flow Designer
Micro-Certification: Integration Hub
Micro-Certification: Virtual Agent
