In this hands-on role, you will provide exceptional after-sales service and technical support to our customers by attending scheduled service calls, assessing, and repairing furniture with professionalism and care.
Job Responsibility:
Attending customer homes to assess and repair furniture with a focus on customer satisfaction
Troubleshooting issues and determining the most appropriate repair solutions
Maintaining accurate documentation including service reports and photo records
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintaining your tools, equipment and company vehicle to ensure reliability
Committing to health and safety practices and proactive hazard reporting
Requirements:
Previous experience in a hands-on service, repair, or technical role (furniture or similar industry highly regarded)
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
High attention to detail when completing service documentation
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A valid driver’s licence (mandatory)
