Job Responsibility:

Pro-actively inform and communicate with guests digitally
Support international guests in complex or emergency situations
Uncover holiday needs and match with the right service
Monitor success through target updates and guest feedback
Solve issues on the spot

Requirements:

Right to work in Mexico
Fluent in English
Fluent in German
Driving license
Highly independent
Organized and efficient
Willingness to learn the job demands, technology, and TUI products and services
Great team player
Confident communicator
Calm and empathetic under pressure
