Job Description:

As a Service Lead, you'll lead a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that empower people with disabilities. Join a values-driven organization and benefit from career development opportunities, salary packaging, and supportive work culture.

Job Responsibility:

Guiding and mentoring your team
Ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with Aruma’s values
Service development, compliance, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, safeguarding practices, and legislative requirements
Fostering a values-driven culture that supports both staff and customers

Requirements:

Experience in disability services (minimum 3 years)
Confident in leading, mentoring, and developing teams
Understands person-centred and human rights-based approaches
Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships
Organised, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
Can manage service delivery, schedules, and NDIS billing
Holds a relevant qualification in Individual Support or a related field
Meets regulatory requirements
