Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the Service HUB Programme within Vodafone Business’s Security Portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving the execution of strategic initiatives across multiple markets, ensuring the successful delivery of interconnected projects that support market expansion, portfolio extension, and sales enablement. The individual will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders, maintaining programme stability, and ensuring alignment with Vodafone’s technology vision and business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee programme strategy, implementation, and delivery across the Security Portfolio
  • Manage interconnected projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal suppliers, external partners, and OpCo stakeholders
  • Monitor programme economics including budgets, staffing, resources, and risks
  • Ensure adherence to Vodafone’s methodologies and best practices
