At Nazar Nordic, we're searching for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our international team as Service Guides in popular holiday destinations like Rhodes, Cyprus, and Turkey. Your duties will involve providing airport service, virtual assistance, and personal hotel service, ensuring our guests have unforgettable experiences. The role requires fluency in at least one Nordic language and English, a valid B-driver's license, and flexibility in work schedules. Job Responsibility:

  • Airport service
  • Focus on virtual assistance through channels like SMS, chat, and phone
  • Personal service in hotels, focusing with larger capacity hotels
  • Collaborate closely with our hotels, addressing and managing various situations and cases
  • Assist during group trips in destination, ensuring the delivery of all promised services and facilities
  • Flexible work schedules covering all hours of the day

Requirements:

  • Fluent speaking and writing in at least one Nordic language (SE/FI/DK/NO) and it´s beneficial if you're familiar with more than one
  • You are fully conversational in English, both written- and verbally and knowing additional languages is viewed as an advantage
  • A regular B-driver's license is required, and it must be valid for a minimum of one full calendar year from your arrival at the destination
