The Teradyne IST Group is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, technically driven Field Service Engineer.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver comprehensive technical service for production tester systems at OSAT facilities
  • System Installation & Upgrade, retrofit on site Management
  • Advanced Data Analytics
  • Technical Team Leadership
  • Structured Problem Resolution
  • Representation
  • Multi-Platform Technical Oversight

Requirements:

  • Batchelor degree in electronics, mechanical
  • Minium 8 years work experience in Electronical or Mechanical or semiconductor areas
  • Familiar with automation equipment and has strong experience for automation trouble shooting and debug
  • Rich skills to do the Automation logs, testing logs analysis
  • Can communicate and present in English fluently both in writing and talking
  • Familiar with semiconductor test process
  • Able to business trip occasionally both in domestic and abroad
  • Able to accept the shift work or Overtime work if needed
