Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Provide effective leadership and coaching to local Facilities Management teams
Ensure all incidents and issues are appropriately reported and escalated using the PERISCOPE and COMMUNITY CARE platforms, with timely follow-up actions
Support Regional and National Operations Managers with the preparation of tenders and quotations
Assist in maintaining compliance with ISO Certifications and related standards
Conduct regular site visits to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of contract services
Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager on weekly and monthly scheduling
Communicate with People Services, the People Team, or Administrators regarding any staffing or payroll changes

Requirements:

Minimum Certificate IV in Horticulture or equivalent knowledge and experience
Strong physical fitness to meet the manual handling and environmental demands of the role
Formal leadership training and/or demonstrated experience in supervising and supporting staff
Practical understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements
Experience in facilities management or a related field
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Commitment to inclusion and supporting people with disabilities
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
Current Australian driver’s licence and White Card
Working With Children Check
Willingness to travel across regional areas as needed
