This is an operational/immediate response role, very demanding and stressful at times. Resiliency to manage this stress is necessary, along with capacity to multi-task and process/absorb/retain information simultaneously via teams/outlook/phone. One week of on-call is necessary every 3 or 4 weeks. Going to the office in Barcelona City Center is necessary, not every day though.

Transversal IT knowledge
Seniority to lead with C-Suite executives
Perfect written and verbal communication
ITIL Foundations at least
University degree is a must. Master preferred
Knowledge/exposure to IT regulations is good to have: DORA, ISO, NIST, BCP, Security, etc.
