Job Responsibility:
Schedule and dispatch technicians based on workload and task priority

Monitor the progress of service jobs and make schedule adjustments as necessary
Track and manage service calls and work orders to ensure timely completion
Handle daily service billing and ensure accuracy in financial records
Maintain detailed logs and documentation for all dispatch and service activities
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Requirements:
