Job Description:

Join Our Team as a Service Co-ordinator! We're looking for a dynamic and organised Service Co-ordinator to join our vibrant team in Camberley! If you're passionate about providing excellent service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Responsibility:

Coordinating Service Requests: Manage incoming service requests and ensure timely responses
Scheduling Appointments: Efficiently arrange service schedules for our dedicated team
Customer Communication: Maintain strong communication with clients, keeping them informed and satisfied
Team Support: Assist our technicians and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Reporting: Generate reports and analyse data to help improve our services

Requirements:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
A proactive attitude and a knack for problem-solving
Experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential
A passion for customer service and a desire to make a difference
