Service Attendant position at The Riviera Maya EDITION at Kanai, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and presentation of work areas, following safety procedures, and providing excellent guest service in a luxury hotel environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Inspect cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
  • Follow company safety and security policies
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • Support team to reach common goals
  • Adhere to quality expectations and standards
  • Read and visually verify information in various formats

Requirements:
