Adams Morey Portsmouth is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy aftersales team. This is a key customer-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is organised, and thrives in a fast-paced motor trade environment.
Job Responsibility:
Receiving service bookings via telephone and email
Arranging vehicle collections and deliveries
Carrying out customer pre-calls and post-service follow-up calls
Invoicing both cash and account customers
Using supplier platforms to book and update workshop jobs
Liaising closely with workshop control and technicians to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Able to work effectively as part of a small, close-knit team
Well organised with good attention to detail
Confident using IT systems
Motor industry experience would be advantageous
Previous experience using Keyloop dealer management systems would be advantageous
