Job Description:

Adams Morey Portsmouth is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy aftersales team. This is a key customer-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is organised, and thrives in a fast-paced motor trade environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Receiving service bookings via telephone and email
  • Arranging vehicle collections and deliveries
  • Carrying out customer pre-calls and post-service follow-up calls
  • Invoicing both cash and account customers
  • Using supplier platforms to book and update workshop jobs
  • Liaising closely with workshop control and technicians to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a small, close-knit team
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Confident using IT systems
  • Motor industry experience would be advantageous
  • Previous experience using Keyloop dealer management systems would be advantageous
