Job Responsibility:
Accurate booking in of client jobs and ensuring internal systems are updated accordingly
Perform high-volume data entry across multiple platforms, including ServiceNow (training will be provided) and bespoke in-house systems
Liaise with assigned couriers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Maintain clear and professional communication via phone and email
Use MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and Outlook) for data entry and task management
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team with a proactive attitude
Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic
Must have access to your own means of transport
Nice to have:
Previous experience in a similar administrative or service coordination role is desirable
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Someone who takes pride in their work and shows up on time
