Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
Set tables according to type of event and service standards
Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, re-cook orders, and product availability
Record transactions in MICROS system at time of order
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and beverages
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc.
Complete closing duties such as restocking items and turning off lights
Communicate meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
Present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to speak with others using clear and professional language
Ability to follow company and safety procedures
Positive working relationships with others
Understanding of quality expectations and standards
