Job Description:

The role involves serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring adherence to service standards, and maintaining cleanliness in a luxury hospitality environment. The server will follow safety and security policies and assist guests with special dietary or service needs. Teamwork and professionalism are emphasized.

Job Responsibility:

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
Set tables according to event and service standards
Answer questions on menu selections
Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions and special requests
Record transactions in MICROS system
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc.
Complete closing duties including restocking items and turning off lights
Present accurate checks to guests and process payments
Welcome and address guests’ service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Ensure quality expectations and standards are met

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
Ability to lift objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
Adherence to company safety and security policies
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
