Job Description:

Serve food and beverages while maintaining hospitality standards at Sheraton Shanghai Fengxian. Ensure quality service, adherence to company policies, and collaboration with the team.

Job Responsibility:

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
set tables according to event and service standards
address menu questions and communicate with the kitchen
record transactions in MICROS system
maintain cleanliness of work areas
complete closing duties such as restocking items and turning off lights
present checks and process payments
ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional
anticipate and address guests' needs
provide support to guests with disabilities
maintain positive relationships with colleagues and provide team support

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to move and carry objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
ability to move heavier objects with assistance
strong communication skills
ability to work collaboratively in a team
adherence to company policies and professional standards
