Job Responsibility:
Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction
offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
Maintain impeccable knowledge of the menu, including dietary requirements, allergens, and wine pairings
Support colleagues and contribute to a positive, professional, and harmonious work environment
Requirements:
An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and resolve concerns with grace and discretion
Passion for service excellence, with a genuine ability to connect with guests
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
