Job Responsibility:

  • Solving, escalating and tracking of system incidents according to the defined Service Levels
  • Analyzing, assessing and investigating alerts, warnings and errors generated by the corporate IT systems, applications and infrastructure components and issued by users
  • Performing operational tasks connected with corporate IT infrastructure (Remote Infrastructure Management)
  • Cooperation with other support teams within entire organization
  • Building-up and contributing to Knowledge Base

Requirements:

  • IT support experience
  • Deep technical knowledge in one or more from the following areas Windows Servers, Unix/Linux, Virtualization (VMWare), Storage and Databases (MS SQL, Oracle)

Nice to have:
