Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic, personable, and service-oriented Server/Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests at the bar, tables and out on the casino floor. Whether you're crafting signature drinks or delivering a fantastic dining experience, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our patrons have a memorable and enjoyable time.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks
  • Engage with guests at the bar, offering recommendations and taking drink orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and managing the bar’s inventory
  • Check guest IDs to verify legal drinking age and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, providing change and receipts as needed
  • Monitor drink consumption and take appropriate action to ensure guest safety and compliance with responsible drinking policies
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Answer questions regarding the menu, making recommendations when necessary, and explaining any daily specials
  • Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout the guest's dining experience
  • Monitor guest needs and ensure a high level of service is maintained throughout their visit
  • Prepare bills and handle payment transactions, including cash and credit cards
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth and efficient dining service
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, bar, and service stations
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and stocking
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management when needed
  • Work effectively with a team, ensuring smooth coordination between service, kitchen, and bar areas
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a bartender or server in a high-volume setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes and bar tools is a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have a valid ProServe
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Clear Criminal Record Check required
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Quick and accurate hand-eye coordination to mix drinks and serve guests
