Job Description:

Our Guest Service Support Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure food and beverage operations run smoothly. Whether setting tables, assisting the kitchen, or cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies, the Guest Service Support Expert provides the support that make transactions feel like part of the experience.

Job Responsibility:

Set tables
assist the kitchen
clean work areas
replenish supplies
manage the menu
provide guest support to ensure smooth food and beverage operations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance, and 50 pounds with assistance
ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
follow company policies and procedures
uphold quality standards
maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a food and beverage environment.
