We are excited to be supporting a leading global onshore wind developer, that are expanding their team in Germany. Active in almost 35 markets, with almost 40 years of experience, they are committed to becoming fully renewable by 2030 and play a key role in driving the energy transition.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead wind projects from site identification to RTB
  • Secure land, partnerships, and grid access (TSO/DSO)
  • Manage permitting, technical & environmental studies
  • Coordinate internal teams and external consultants
  • Handle stakeholder, authority, and community engagement
  • Support budgeting, business cases, and investment decisions
  • Monitor market, regulatory, and development opportunities
  • Represent the company in permitting and industry forums

Requirements:

  • Senior: 6–10 years’ wind development experience in Germany
  • Junior–Mid: 3–5 years’ wind development experience in Germany
  • Strong knowledge of German permitting & EEG auctions
  • Solid project management and communication skills
  • Fluent German & English
