Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Web Developer to join our team. As a Senior Web Developer, you will be expected to solve business problems by leveraging software engineering tools and best practices. You will design and implement web-based and backend applications, mentor staff, and drive software design with best practices in mind.

Job Responsibility:

  • Use software engineering tools and best practices to solve business problems
  • Design and implement web-based and backend applications
  • Mentor staff to achieve high quality software through continuous improvement
  • Drive the design of software solutions using architectural and design best practices and principles
  • Provide guidance and introduce software engineering best practices to the team
  • Evaluate and prototype software solutions to meet evolving business needs
  • Engage in continuous improvement of software delivery processes, concepts, and practices
  • Collaborate on cross-functional Agile Scrum teams to drive solution completion
  • Provide or assist with technical support as needed
  • Work as a collaborative project team member, serving as a developer and technical advisor
  • Update software user interfaces and functionality in accordance with business requests
  • Make software functional on various platforms by using mobile responsive tools and techniques
  • Enhance software quality through unit tests and integration tests and socialize software quality best practices
  • Apply software security techniques and best practices to developed solutions
  • Estimate time and cost requirements for software tools, solutions, and approaches
  • Convert business requirements into technical solutions using design best practices
  • Train and mentor team members on software engineering tools, techniques, and best practices
  • Work with team members and business staff to ensure consistency and productivity
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and software issues when needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of .Net Development experience
  • Experience using MVC, .NET Core
  • Experience with front-end frameworks - Angular, React, or Vue.js
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
