Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Wealth Management Banker (SAFE) on the Professional Services team. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique financial needs and career trajectories of professionals, including income variability, practice ownership, succession planning, and tax-efficient strategies. The ideal candidate will deliver personalized financial solutions and build enduring relationships based on trust, expertise, and discretion.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in developing new and managing existing High Net Worth Client relationships
  • Work as part of a Wealth team that utilizes an integrated planning approach to recommend strategies that utilize Wells Fargo's individual and institutional capabilities to maintain client wealth within Wealth Management Banking and contribute to large scale planning related to functional area deliverables
  • Review and analyze custom credit and deposit strategies and solutions to clients to manage custom credit portfolios that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Resolve banking solutions and deliver, construct, and implement custom credit and deposit strategies and solutions to clients
  • Lead team to meet functional area deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal and external customers
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand wallet share through proactive engagement and referrals

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Wealth Management Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 66 exams to qualify for immediate registration
  • Experience working with UHNW clients
  • Excellent sales and relationship management skills
  • Strong knowledge of credit and cash management services
  • Excellent sales advisory and discovery skills
  • Knowledge of wealth management products and referral partnerships
