Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Senior VIC Client Advisor to join our dynamic boutique team. The Senior VIC Client Advisor plays a key role in driving store sales and achieving performance targets while delivering a refined, highly personalized experience to both external and internal clients. The role is responsible for the development, growth, and retention of VIC clientele, building strong, long-term relationships with high spending clients. In close partnership with the management team, the Senior VIC Client Advisor supports store objectives, mentors colleagues, and consistently upholds the Maison’s values, image, and service standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for development, further growth, and retention of top-tier VIC Clientele
  • A focus on overall increase in number of Elite Clientele as well Elite spending
  • Provide exceptional client service and after-sales support to every boutique visitor
  • Exhibit a passion for understanding and anticipating client needs
  • Active recruitment of new VIC clientele through local market activations and events
  • Build and manage a dynamic client book to drive proactive growth in sales
  • Responsible for building and managing an individual consignment and stylist business
  • Consistently exceed individual sales and KPI targets
  • Demonstrate expertise in curating personalized, versatile, and timeless wardrobes
  • Demonstrate a transparent and genuine approach with clients
  • Maintain clear, professional, and respectful communication
  • Provide training support to team members as needed
  • Effectively use all available tools and resources to optimize business opportunities
  • Proactively support and collaborate with both front and back-of-house teams
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in luxury retail or hospitality
  • Established client book targeting clients within the local market
  • Proven experience providing exceptional service in luxury retail, customer service, or hospitality environments, ideally within fashion and accessories
  • A collaborative team player
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Thorough understanding and passion for luxury and fashion
  • Extensive experience servicing high-net worth and demanding clientele
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational skills
  • Must be able to work with highly confidential information
  • Personal presentation of the highest standards
  • Business-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • High energy and a strong work ethic
  • Adaptable and comfortable with technology
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills in English and the local language
