As a Senior UX/UI & Web Designer, you will design and implement intuitive, high-impact digital experiences across websites, apps, and interactive platforms. You will manage the full design lifecycle, from research to polished UI, leveraging AI-driven tools to iterate faster, streamline workflows, and collaborate efficiently with Creative Directors to bring client goals to life.

Job Responsibility:

  • User Experience (UX): Dive into user research, interviews, and testing to uncover real insights
  • Turn findings into smart, intuitive wireframes, flows, and prototypes
  • Shape and maintain personas, scenarios, and journey maps
  • Champion accessibility and usability
  • Continuously refine the experience based on feedback, data, and evolving user needs
  • Use AI tools to analyze patterns, speed up early UX exploration, and support smarter decisions
  • User Interface (UI): Craft polished, visually engaging designs
  • Bring concepts to life through high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and clear style guides
  • Build responsive layouts and scalable components
  • Partner closely with developers
  • Maintain visual cohesion through consistent typography, color systems, and iconography
  • Use AI-assisted design tools to explore visual variations, refine components, and accelerate UI iterations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI, leading impactful digital work
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX thinking and beautifully crafted UI design
  • Proficiency in Adobe XD, the Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify
  • Experience using AI-powered tools to explore ideas, refine workflows, and elevate creative output
  • Fluent, professional-level English - both written and spoken
  • A highly organized, detail-driven approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects with clarity and focus
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and a commitment to crafting thoughtful, user-first digital experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present work clearly, guide feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
