At OnePlan, design plays a real role in shaping how enterprise teams plan, prioritize, and deliver work. As a Senior User Experience Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating thoughtful, intuitive experiences across OnePlan's product offerings, balancing complex workflows with clarity and ease of use. You’ll lead user research, translate insights into strong interaction patterns, and partner closely with Product and Engineering to bring designs to life in a way that actually works for users.
Job Responsibility:
Design end to end user experiences for complex, browser based enterprise applications
Conduct user research to understand behaviors, needs, and pain points across multiple personas
Create user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that clearly communicate structure and intent
Design high fidelity UI that aligns with OnePlan’s product vision and visual standards
Ensure accessibility, usability, and logical flow across devices and environments
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to turn requirements into thoughtful design solutions
Participate in design reviews and contribute to a consistent UX across the platform
Validate designs through usability testing and iterate based on feedback
Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and supporting documentation
Requirements:
3+ years of experience designing UX and UI for SaaS or Enterprise products
Experience translating product requirements and user insights into practical design solutions
A strong portfolio that shows collaboration with cross functional teams, not just final visuals
Comfort working alongside product managers and developers throughout the full lifecycle
A thoughtful, low ego approach to design reviews and feedback
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly
Solid fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and accessibility
Hands on experience with Figma or similar tools
Nice to have:
Experience in project portfolio management, work management, or adjacent enterprise platforms
Comfort working in Agile product teams
Familiarity with front end concepts such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
An interest in staying current with evolving UX and UI practices
