Job Description:

Senior Third Party Risk Management Specialist role in Citi's Inter-Affiliate Support Team handling various third party risk management related activities for internal third parties. The team collaborates with both local and global teams to ensure Third Party Relationships are appropriately onboarded and monitored in compliance with Citi's Third Party Management Policy and applicable regulations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Help develop a center of excellence with expertise in both TPM and HR's Inter-Affiliate service catalog across business lines and countries
  • Analyze the current business model and re-engineer processes for optimized efficiency and a best-in-class risk framework
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate billing for HR services within the Allocation Processing System (APS)
  • Assist HR Control Team in obtaining deliverables for audits and regulatory exams
  • Oversee and execute the application of operational risk policies, technology and tools, and governance processes to create lasting solutions for minimizing losses from failed internal processes, inadequate controls, and emerging risks
  • Independently assess risks and drive actions to address the root causes that persistently lead to operational risk losses by challenging both historical and proposed practices
  • Participate with senior leadership meetings to analyze documentation and processes to ensure risks and control points are properly addressed
  • Assist senior level management in gathering data and information for executive level reporting and to take ownership of specified projects and tasks
  • Build trusted internal and external customer relationships

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of working experience, preferably in Third Party Operational Risk
  • University/College degree
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Strong PC skills in Excel, Word
  • Minimum 1 year of Operational Experience including delivering in a high-volume, goal-based production/operations-based environment
