Our client, an innovative global networking technology company, is looking for a Senior Test Engineer - Hybrid to join their growing team. The successful Senior Test Engineer - Hybrid will have extensive lab-based experience testing Network Management Systems using NETCONF/RESTCONF and SNMP and strong experience with Layer 1, Layer 2, and Layer 3 protocol testing. The ideal candidate will have experience with Optical WDM software, Automation testing, and optical edge transport module testing. ... This is fulltime, permanent role based in Ottawa and hybrid, with 2-3 days/week in office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lab-based experience testing Network Management Systems using NETCONF/RESTCONF and SNMP
  • Strong experience with Layer 1, Layer 2, and Layer 3 protocol testing
  • Experience with Optical WDM software, Automation testing, and optical edge transport module testing

Requirements:

  • Lab-based QA Testing - 9-12Y+
  • Writing Automation Test scripts - 5-10Y+
