As a Senior Technology Operations professional, you will lead and optimize technology processes to ensure seamless operational performance across the organization. This role demands expertise in project management, effective communication, and continuous process improvement to support business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and drive innovation within technology operations. Job Responsibility:
Solve ongoing production issues and support users.
Manage user licenses, user profiles, installed packages, and updates.
Manage cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and reduce risks.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Monitor operational metrics and drive corrective actions to maintain service quality.
Facilitate communication across teams to support seamless technology deployment and support.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in all operational activities.
Requirements:
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Proven expertise in project management with a track record of successfully leading complex technology operations initiatives.
Proficiency with Salesforce, DocuSign, Cirrus, sales productivity, and project tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow).
Strong product knowledge relevant to technology infrastructure and operational systems.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Experience managing large-scale technology operations within a dynamic corporate environment.
Ability to analyze operational challenges and develop strategic solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Nice to have:
Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 2 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
