Working closely with leadership, you’ll help build the teams that will drive our continued success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process with hiring managers and teams

  • Conduct Interviews: Perform initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a thorough and efficient evaluation process
  • Assess Candidate Fit: Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, through structured interviews and assessment techniques. Develop scoring metrics to streamline decision-making
  • Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Build relationships for the future with passive candidates and talent
  • Data Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and metrics to continually refine recruitment strategies and drive informed hiring decisions
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with senior engineering leaders
  • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a tech recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
  • Proven track record of hiring exceptional engineering and product talent, consistently maintaining a high hiring bar
  • Experimental and open to new, creative recruiting ideas, or have experience working with hiring managers who are open to non traditional talent strategies
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience from start to finish
  • Can leverage data and metrics to refine recruitment strategies and make informed, strategic hiring decisions
  • Laser focused on finding and sourcing top talent, knowing that success involves relentless nurturing, creative outbound campaigns, and optimising job specs to drive better inbound results
  • Target-driven, detail-oriented, and have a strong sense of urgency, always finding solutions to any challenge that comes your way
What we offer:
  • Competitive salary, commission and equity in a hyper growth business
  • 25 days annual leave a year + public holidays
  • Strong in-person culture: most of our team is in the office 3+ days a week
  • Monthly team events and bi-annual off sites
  • Annual learning and development stipend
  • Private health insurance
  • Team lunch twice a week
  • Work with fresh Apple gear
  • There's room to grow into anything you choose. We've quickly expanded to a team of 110 and are planning to double in size over the next year, which means you'll have all the opportunities for growth you can handle
  • An open and collaborative culture! We value taking ownership, being customer-obsessed, embracing a growth mindset, and acing the pace - because pace is our superpower!
