Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Integration Services, this position scopes and documents the technical aspects of customer and internal business requirements and is an integral part of the product development process. Areas of focus include integration with customer systems, integration with external BI solutions and legacy data migration processes. Assistance with procurement and implementation of infrastructure for clients is also required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define, analyze, and document customer business requirements, with a focus on system integrations using healthcare interoperability standards
  • Provide key insight and input into the overall integration strategy across multiple area’s of the business
  • Extensive experience building and designing interfaces within Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to scope, document, validate and test solutions
  • Possesses extensive experience in designing and developing integration frameworks that are reusable and maintainable
  • Taking responsibility for technical quality and timely delivery of own work
  • Proactively identify, manage or escalate risks and issues
  • Work with cross-functional client teams to ensure requirements are understood
  • Provide as-built documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage multiple concurrent responsibilities and deliverables
  • Investigation, troubleshooting, problem analysis and resolution within complex live deployments
  • Assist with the procurement and implementation of Infrastructure
  • Provide backup and assistance to the On-call Rota when required

Requirements:

  • Extensive work experience in a similar position in health technology
  • Knowledge of integrations using healthcare interoperability standards such as ASTM, HL7, and FHIR
  • Demonstrated capacity to contribute effectively as part of a team, and to work autonomously
  • Ability to work under pressure in a complex and competitive business environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop a strong rapport within clients and team members
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines, balancing competing priorities and responding to client needs
