This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the regional CTO department which is tasked with maintaining and enhancing our Avaloq software and products. As the Senior Technical Business Analyst and Team Lead for Digital Channels Region International, your role is to steer and coordinate the team's activities. You will identify the amount of effort required for new features. You will also develop and implement digital solutions for our customers. Part of the role will also be to act as stream lead on customer projects. Additionally, you will be oversee your team's to fulfilments of their KPIs and take care of the people management tasks.

Work with internal stakeholders to implement change in daily processes which enhance and streamline Digital services to improve customer satisfaction ratings
Maintain positive relationships with network and clients, ensuring proficient delivery of all services in line with the agreed service level agreements
Assume the role of senior point of contact for escalations involving the Digital team
Coordinate your project team to deliver the agreed scope and support developers by outlining customers' requirements
Develop your team through inspiring guidance, foster a culture of openness and excellence for cross-functional and interregional collaboration, plus build a promising talent pipeline
Be a role model and an agent for change to drive the implementation of strategic efficiency, growth initiatives, transformation and business development while achieving financial targets
Requirements:
A solid track record working in technical role with the ability to think strategically, be process-oriented, analyze issues and understand complex situations
Proven managerial or team lead experience in a global organization and multicultural environment
Knowledge of Digital Banking
Effective communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have:
Avaloq solutions know-how or Avaloq ACCP certification
University degree or equivalent qualification and/or operational experience of web and mobile banking products (Development of iOS Mobile apps and Android apps)
Experience with Angular and Typescript
Proficient with Jenkins pipelines, Artifactory, Docker, OpenShift and Kubernetes
