We are looking for a Supply Monetization Technical Expert to support our publisher partners in maximizing the value of their inventory. In this role, you will work closely with supply teams to provide technical assistance, best practices, and implementation guidelines, with a strong focus on monetization strategy and demand optimization. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to English- and French-speaking publishers, helping them configure and optimize their ad stack and ensure seamless integration with the Sparteo Prebid stack. A deep expertise in Google Ad Manager (GAM) is essential, as more than 80% of our clients use this environment. Act proactive and handle project that will help scaling and improve their efficiency on a daily basis.
Job Responsibility:
Onboard and manage strategic supply partners (Web) before and after integration
Build dashboards to monitor supply performance on each product based on Demand KPIs
Collaborate with publishers to set up Google Ad Manager (GAM) configurations
Track daily performance metrics for each publisher to ensure optimal monetization
Develop alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues
Support publishers in integrating their inventory with the Sparteo Prebid stack
Ensure correct implementation of ad tags, wrappers, and demand connections
Validate end-to-end integrations from the publisher environment to Sparteo systems
Troubleshoot integration issues impacting delivery, revenue, or reporting
Act as an internal and external subject-matter expert on Google Ad Manager
Optimize GAM setups including line items, key-values, pricing rules, and ad units
Diagnose issues related to trafficking, delivery discrepancies, and revenue drops
Provide debugging support using relevant tools and methodologies
Identify revenue opportunities and underperforming segments
Work closely with demand and supply teams to improve bid density and win rate
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, or Prebid solution / SSP Support
Expert-level knowledge of Google Ad Manager (mandatory)
Strong understanding of ad server and header bidding setups
Experience with Prebid or similar wrapper solutions
Technical understanding of programmatic advertising and demand partners
