We are looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter based in Prague to serve as the primary engine for our engineering growth. You will own the end-to-end strategy for our most critical technical roles. While you will specialize in Engineering and Product leadership (Directors, Principals, Engineering Managers), you possess the versatility to pivot across Data Science, Infrastructure, and specialized Tech Ops. You are the talent partner for our Prague hub, acting as an active member of the local leadership team and ensuring every hire embodies our 2026 growth plan.This role sits at the intersection of technical excellence and business strategy. As Prague continues to be a cornerstone of Groupon’s global R&D and innovation, you’ll be instrumental in building the specialized teams that drive our marketplace architecture and commercial scale. You’ll operate with significant autonomy while maintaining tight alignment with our VP Talent and global Engineering leaders.

Requirements:
7+ years in full-cycle recruitment
at least 4 years specifically focused on high-bar Technical Recruiting in high-growth or 'Big Tech' environments
fluency in English with cultural intelligence
deep knowledge of the Czech talent landscape, including local compensation benchmarks, tax nuances (OSVČ vs. HPP), and competitive movements within Prague’s tech scene
technical literacy to credibly interview Principal Engineers and Technical Directors
proven ability to influence and challenge Senior VP and Engineering leadership
