Job Description:

This role will report into the SMDA lead and will be responsible for delivering measurable and impactful change across in advancing our analytical capabilities. The role will be “hands on” and the successful candidate will be very technically astute across a broad set of Technologies. The role will involve work planning, data hygiene and the creation of advanced analytical insights and visualizations working within a SCRUM methodology using sprints tracked in JIRA. The right candidate will have the opportunity to own and deliver key pieces deliverables work using technologies such as Tableau. Innovation is a key driver and as such persons with an inquisitive technical mindset will thrive. Success in this role will be measured through the delivery of impactful and positive change.

Job Responsibility:

Data Analysis
Data Visualization/dashboards
Sprint Planning and Coordination
Day to day oversight across all work logged in JIRA
Involvement in forthcoming AI initiatives

Requirements:

Highly organised with excellent communication skills
Multi Year experience with Jira and SharePoint/Confluence
Proven experience in being a SCRUM leader
Multi year experience in using Tableau and ETL tools
High level of Proficiency in Data Analytics
High Level of Proficiency in SQL
Passion for technology, data, and the use of data to advance people, process, and organizations
Ability to multitask with sharp problem-solving skills
Statistical and analytical mind set with a data-driven, structured approach to driving progress
Python skills a distinct advantage
