Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator (Level 5) to join our team located in Seal Beach, CA. We are looking for a cloud infrastructure lead for our analytics platform who will be responsible for ensuring the cloud infrastructure required for analysts is available 24/7. The ideal candidate will work with the project manager to provide the vision for the entire analytics platform. This includes compute resources, data access, FOSS tools, and custom tools to include how they interact to form a cohesive, robust solution. Expert-level understanding of general infrastructure architecture is required. Key responsibilities include oversight, coordination, planning, and security of all infrastructure including items for which you have no previous experience. Integral to this role is mentorship and building the skillsets required for team to success.
