We are seeking a skilled Senior System Testing Engineer to join our company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report bugs, verify bug fixes, and develop testing strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring that the System Test team delivers high-quality results, meets deadlines, and maintains effective communication with stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement system testing strategies and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report bugs
  • Verify bug fixes and ensure they meet the required quality standards
  • Develop and maintain test cases, plans, and documentation
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality test results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in manual testing

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in system testing
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies
  • Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines

Nice to have:

  • Experience as Sys-Admin, Support, Integration engineer or Professional services
  • Knowledge of SAN and NAS protocols
  • Experience with setup and administration of Active Directory
  • Experience with virtualization technologies like VMWare/HyperV/KVM
  • Experience with execution, debugging, and writing of scripts (Python/Bash)
  • Experience with HW testing
  • MCSE/CCNA/ISTQB or higher certifications
