Job Description:

A leading UK real estate advisory and management firm is seeking an Senior Surveyor/Surveyor to join its high-performing Property Management team, working across a portfolio of flagship Central London office assets. This firm is widely recognised as one of the leaders within the Prime London office management space, responsible for operating and elevating some of the largest and most high-profile office buildings in the City. Their model combines deep operational expertise with strategic asset involvement and they are known for offering some of the strongest bonus structures in the market, consistently rewarding high performance. The Role You’ll support the end-to-end management of major London office buildings, ensuring exceptional service delivery while contributing to asset strategy. The position offers high exposure, responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders across investment, asset management, ESG and leasing.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing large multi-let Central London office assets day-to-day
  • Acting as a key contact for occupiers, ensuring exceptional service standards
  • Supporting leasing events including renewals, rent reviews and re-gears
  • Preparing, monitoring and reconciling complex service charge budgets
  • Overseeing contractors, FM partners and service providers
  • Ensuring full compliance with H&S and statutory regulations
  • Delivering accurate and coordinated client reporting
  • Supporting refurbishment, enhancement and repositioning projects
  • Working closely with internal teams to improve asset performance

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial property management background, ideally within London offices
  • Confident managing multi-let assets and complex service charge structures
  • Strong understanding of Landlord & Tenant legislation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, detail-driven and comfortable operating in a high-performance environment
