Job Description:

Fever is a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, aiming to democratize access to experiences. The Senior Strategy Manager will lead Fever's strategy and growth efforts in the Argentina Headquarters, focusing on the American markets. The role involves building and managing a growth team, data-driven decision-making, and cross-department collaboration, with opportunities to contribute to global projects, shape the entertainment industry, and deliver high business impact.

Job Responsibility:

You will lead the Argentina Headquarters and focus on the American markets
You will create and develop a whole team of growth that will support the business in the region
Fully owning the results, evolution, goals, and strategic decisions within a specific business line
Take part in the exponential growth of Fever by taking the lead on global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry
Enhance the overall company performance across different business departments
Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills
Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact

Requirements:

You have a bachelor's in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy
At least +8 years experience in a business analytics role and proven to have managed teams
A high level of English
Spanish is a plus
Experience working with the North American market is a plus
Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage
Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
Generate high business impact based on your decisions
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases
Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python…)
Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker

Nice to have:

Spanish is a plus
