Senior Strategic Project Manager

• Lead and manage projects, including technical migrations, platform rollouts, and process implementation initiatives
• Drive structured project execution — from scoping and planning to implementation, monitoring, and handover
• Support strategy execution by aligning stakeholders, setting milestones, and ensuring timely delivery
• Define and embed best practices in project governance, change management, and operational excellence
• Develop and continuously improve our value-stream-based operating model, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical, scientific, or business-related field
• Minimum 4 years’ experience leading projects or workstreams in complex, cross-functional environments — migration and implementation experience preferred
• Proven track record of delivering business-critical initiatives
• Experience with agile transformation, operating model implementation, or systems integration is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams
• Business fluent in English, both written and spoken.
