  • Use your engineering skills to connect data, personalize outreach at scale, and eliminate manual work using a mix of custom software and new technology
  • Conduct data-driven GTM experiments — identify, test, and iterate on new strategies for customer acquisition, activation, and pipeline growth
  • Monitor performance, run analyses, and optimize based on impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify inefficiencies, run experiments, and scale successful initiatives

  • Hands-on experience with GTM and automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, Zoominfo, SQL, Looker or similar platforms
  • Strong technical skills with a proven ability to leverage AI and automation to improve GTM processes and deliver measurable results
  • Systems thinker with a structured, process-driven approach and a passion for experimentation
  • Excellent business acumen and analytical skills—able to analyze funnels, identify leverage points, and communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience supporting product-led growth (PLG) motions within high-growth SaaS environments
  • Comfort working autonomously in fast-paced, high-trust settings
  • High level of curiosity and a proactive mindset toward learning and innovation

Nice to have:

Experience with systems architecture, data engineering or software engineering is a plus

What we offer:

  • Generous paid time-off policy (PTO), plus paid sick time, inclusive parental leave policy, holidays, and volunteer days off
  • RSU stock grants
  • Professional development and training opportunities
  • Company virtual happy hours, free food, and fun team-building activities
