Job Description:

As a Senior Specialist, Quality Assurance - Enterprise, you will join a growing and dynamic team that is crucial to delivering data accuracy and compliance for Checkr’s enterprise customer base. This role will be pivotal to the company’s enterprise support offering, ensuring a white-glove experience by consistently delivering quality assurance and customer standards with exceptional precision.

Job Responsibility:

Execute and meticulously process complex background checks
Conduct comprehensive investigations into source information
Systematically package research findings and deliver comprehensive results to enterprise customers
Proactively identify, thoroughly investigate complex issues, developing and driving effective solutions for customers
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams

Requirements:

3+ years of experience within the background check industry
Strong understanding of the US court system
Exceptional research and investigative skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment
